Sitting right next to the beach on a sliver of an area between Diamond Head and Kahala, Black Point is a luxurious and prestigious community made up of approx. less than 100 homes (with some of the homes located in a gated community). The most famous residence is Doris Duke’s home. Built in 1937, the residence, called the Shangri-la, is now a museum that’s part of Honolulu Museum of Art.
Black Point has very low turnovers. During the last few years, it averages less than 4 homes sold per year.
